It's been a busy day today. Remember my post here when we discovered a cute market on the South side of Houston? Well we hit the grand daddy of all markets in Houston this morning. Rows and rows of fresh fruits and veggies, spices and plants. The daily market behind Canino's on Airline and the 610. It was so much fun. Next stop, El Bolillo bakery across the street from the market. Grab a tray and some tongs and go to town. These bakeries are always such a fun experience. Easy on the eyes AND the wallet, this tray of cookies and donuts only cost $4.50. Mom is having her yard landscaped and wanted to check out Thompson and Hanson and of course I was happy to oblige. This nursery is located on the same grounds as Tiny Boxwoods, which I just posted about here the other day. First stop inside, pure heaven to me. Then outside, these plants and the setting is just gorgeous. Last stop, our new HEB store for these: Only $5.99 lb! What a delicious way to end this great day.
