paintings and lamps....
Next stop, On a Lark, in Okotoks.
This is one of Terri's favorite places and I immediately agreed with her. The owner was too sweet and gave us the history of many of her items that she herself picks up in Europe. We bought only a few small items here for gifts.
Iron bistro set and candelabra {that's our snazzy red rental mini van on the street, hee hee}.
Note the little green bench on the chair...she had these all over the shop and I was so tempted to buy one but knew I didn't have room.I love this large weathered hutch and the watering can on top. Cute birdhouses everywhere and more benches.
I didn't get any photos inside the store as I got carried away with all of the garden decor outside.
I have lots more to share with you on our travels from last week so please stay tuned.

Lovely things and great pictures.:-) Hug Stina
ReplyDeleteYou are two for two, T! I love both of these shops. It looks like y'all had a wonderful outing....Can't wait to see more. :)
ReplyDeleteGM T, First I must say ,You are such a doll and so stylish in your cute sunglasses and boots. Love both shops, I really like that little bench and could see a small group of those in a vignette somewhere, too bad you had to pass those up, I really like those, Happy Tuesday! Kathysue

Looks like a great place to shop! I love that little bench on the chair too...so cute!
ReplyDeleteI am loving it all! The bistro set is something I have been wanting for my backyard this summer and I just blogged about it the other day. That ruffly pillow you are sitting next to is super cute and I think the white pottery measuring cups are really cute. I love your bag to in the first picture! :)
ReplyDeleteHappy Tuesday!
That store looks wonderful!
ReplyDeleteAwwww. we will be leaving Saturday morning. At first we thought we would head home on Sunday but it dawned on us that it was Easter Sunday! Funny how fast a holiday can sneek up on you. If the shopping is Gooooood we may have to make one last pass on Sat. morning but we really need to be on the road early to make it home at a good time. Maybe next time we can plan ahead and meet up for some shopping and some Good Texas BBQ....I just love your state :)
((((hugs))) Susie
GM T, I just read your comment on my post. It would be interesting to see how we have changed. I pretty much have stayed the same for more years than I like to admit. I have always liked the same colors and the same style. I think I have gotten a little more sophisticated in my older years or at least I hope I have, hehe! All and all I am still the same. That is how we traditionalist are. Wait until you see tomorrows post,it is really a fun one and one I think you will particularly enjoy. Off to buy Easter Basket goodies for the kiddos, TTYL Kathysue
