My chic New-York-living-fashion/design-working friend told me about the sale on chino shorts at JCrew.
I got a pair of these boyfriend chino shorts in yellow. 
I also snuck in this cute tank for just $19.99!!
Some other summer must~have's:I read that Demi Moore stocked up on this stuff at Barneys so I decided to try it myself. It's a shimmer lipstick that has a hint of a turquoise tint to it so it makes your teeth look whiter. I bought the color 'float' and it's pretty sheer so I wear a light pink gloss on top.
I bought these suede sandals at the beginning of the summer from Tarjay and they are so comfy!
My hubby picked this up for me earlier this summer and it's a great dress for casual date nights and it travels well too.

I love the shoes, of course! I'm going to have to check out the J Crew Chino shorts. I've been on the look-out for some good shorts lately. I agree, long necklaces are a must and are always in style.
